I am interested in this RP as well. I just have some few questions concerning the "environment" of the city the half-breads live in.

Can you tell what country the city is related to? I am thinking about the weapon laws in some countries versus those of others, making it easier to acquire weapons in some cities rather than others. And of course I am also thinking about a lot of other minor stuff like laws, food etc. (I know the laws doesn't count in this city, but still good to have some basic knowledge)
Did the human society cut off the electricity to the city? And if it was cut, is it then like 5 years ago or just a week? Both having the electricity or trying to live without is both thrilling options.

I hope I ain't asking too much with these questions ;)
